Word and promise
And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken. For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.Gen 18:13-15

And the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are 1 Cor 1:28

Rain.
Tuesday, November 13, 2012; ( 3:37 AM )

Hi.

Don't you hate the feeling of being alone?

Being a stranger.

Like a single umbrella in the rain. There is only one person under it, and everyone is just trying to get out of the rain.

Splitter splatter, cars zooming past, puddles getting bigger and bigger. The insane wind that blows vehemently against you, carrying with it the rain that makes you wet.

Before you know it, you are walking in the rain for a long while . Your shoes are wet. You are shivering in the cold. It doesn't seem like the rain will go off any time soon. You can barely see anything, your vision's blurred, your spectacles fogged up . You slipped and fell, and you are all wet and dirty.

Sunshine, aren't You a little too far for me? Didn't You said You will be here when I can't do it on my own? My umbrella has holes and I am now so damp and cold. Shine on me like You always have, and carry me in Your warmth.

I am nothing and I have nothing without You.

So cold is the rain, and so dark are the clouds. Wipe it all away for I want to see Your rainbow, which You put your promise in.
